Dental Journey
Dr. Shvets’ dental journey began when he worked as a dental assistant in the heart of New York City before graduating from the New York College of Dentistry. He then went on to complete his residency at Coney Island Hospital in New York City.
His dedication to excellence does not stop there. As a lifelong learner, he continually seeks the latest advancements in dentistry through hundreds of hours of continuing education. His commitment to learning and exceptional care earned him a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction held by only six percent of general dentists in the United States.
Beyond The Dental Chair
Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Shvets is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three wonderful children. From park adventures and friendly chess matches with his oldest son to neighborhood pool visits, family runs, and even a recent Disney cruise, he cherishes every moment.
Fun Facts
Dr. Shvets has lived on three continents, speaks three languages, can touch his nose with his tongue, and helped deliver piglets on his grandparents’ farm when he was a young boy. He also has a soft spot for tres leches cake and stylish bow ties.
